As a specialist GC, DEC’s in-house engineers and strategic partners will work with your prime consultant and concept engineers to develop construction plans that are detailed and site specific. This guarantees that designs are conforming with Quebec code requirements and certified by our OIQ and OAQ seals across all disciplines.
Commissioning
DEC is now offering a complete, turn-key commissioning service from levels 1 through 5, including design review, FAT/FWT, pre-functional and functional testing, and final integrated system testing.
